To have a productive day there are seven things that will influence and have an impact on you during that day. I am going to share seven morning habits that will help you become more productive and successful each day of your life!
1. Get a Good Nights Sleep
Ladies your morning routine actually starts from the night before. It's all about how you put yourself to sleep the night before, how many hours of sleep and the quality of your nights sleep. All of the above will play an important role as to how you feel the next morning you wake up.
If you do not get enough sleep and your sleep quality was not good, you are probably not going to wake up refreshed and excited for a new day, so you will not have that sense of productivity going forward. You will feel as if you do not have the energy even to face your morning routine. This is why I have been investing in sleep for many years. So I sleep in silk because it improves my sleep and allows me to have a better quality of rest and sleep.

2. Get a Traditional Alarm
Many of us use our phones to wake up in the morning, it is far better to wake up to an alarm clock which is placed in the bedroom so that you have to get up to turn it off instead of repeated snoozing using the mobile phone. Now one more thought on the subject, it is really important that you actually have a strong “why” when you wake up in the morning. You need to really feel motivated to wake up early. You need to feel motivated to wake up when that alarm rings first time, so be really clear on why you want to wake up at that time and make that your carrot to jump out of bed when the alarm rings.
3. Do Your Law of Attraction Practises
Every morning you should do your law of attraction practices. I like to wake up or start my day in good spirits, this really sets the tone for how the rest of your day will develop. So my advice is therefore, while you are still in bed actually start doing your gratitude list and affirmation while you are waking up. I also recommend that you start making your bed in the morning. A lot of people just jump out of bed carry on with the next step. I really think that the first step after you get out of bed is actually for you to make the bed.
4. Think Strategically
The moment you get out of bed you are faced with a lot of options. I advise you to think strategically so i am going to recommend two alternatives, one is to get straight out of bed and go immediately to take a shower so that it helps to wake you up. This tip is primarily for those ladies who have kind of strong discipline and some form of willpower meaning that they need to put their exercise routine a bit later in the day than first thing in the morning.
Option two is to do your exercise routine first thing in the morning. This is really suitable for ladies who don't have a very strong willpower. In the morning our willpower is the strongest and we have not even had the time yet to think about do I feel like training how or what mood am I in. We just hop into those exercise clothes and start exercising. This way there is a higher chance of having your exercise routine guaranteed and executed rather than if you had left it till later in the day, when you actually have time to think about whether you want to train or not.
5. Take time to reflect
We have now reached a stage where we take some time for reflection. So what do I mean by that. Well, maybe that can be you do some meditation writing or reading a book or connect with a loved one or perhaps you can even just sit in your own silence, and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee as an example to just stay with your own thoughts. The whole point of this time for reflection is to really just practice mindfulness, be present or reflecting on your own thoughts and really setting your thoughts for the day.
6. Do The Worst Work First
Do your worst work as early as possible in the day meaning that in the first few hours of your day perhaps, in the morning. Do those really annoying or frustrating or difficult tasks that you would normally just like to procrastinate about and put off for another day. The reason why we want to do those tasks as soon as possible after we have woken up is because that is when we have the strongest willpower.
It's just such a good time to carry out those really complicated reports that you have to write for work or answering some difficult emails that you do not feel like answering, because it makes you feel a little bit uncomfortable. It is a great opportunity to do this so that the rest of your day you are free to focus on doing those more fun tasks.
7. Write a To-Do List
Ladies if you're not doing this already the night before then you are really missing out in life because, my biggest and best advice i can give to you is to prepare and write down the next day's to-do list, and then put it in an obvious place so that when you wake up you can grab your list and you know exactly what needs to be done that day. This is really going to put you on the map for success.
